Shipping Time

  1. How long does it take during COVID?
    According to our data from last month, 2019-COVID have caused the delay about 8-15 days.
  2. How much does the shipping cost?
    Logistics price have increased a lot due to the 2019-COVID. So we have adjusted shipping fees temporarily in some areas. But we will provide free shipping to as much places as we can.
  3. What if my parcel does not arrive?
    If your order does not arriveafter 3 months, please contact us via e-mail (service@Kyledress.com). We will arrange the new package or refund to your original card.

  4. How can I pay for my order?
    You can pay your order online via PayPal and all bank cards.
  5. When will I be charged?
    When you reach the final billing page and submit your order, we will immediately contact your bank or card issuer for authorization to take payment from your account. If there is a query with the payment, either your card issuer or customer services will contact you.
